Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our transportation team, to pull tandem grain trailers.
The ideal candidate will possess robust driving skills, experience with heavy equipment, and a solid understanding of freight handling. This position provides independence and flexibility for qualified drivers who are committed to safety and efficiency.
Duties
Safely operate commercial vehicles, to transport freight to designated destinations.
Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on your vehicle to ensure optimal operation
Manage documentation related to deliveries, including bills of lading and delivery receipts
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered during transit
Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws during operations.
Requirements
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving recorder.
Robust knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols.
Proven experience in commercial driving or logistics operations
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
