Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts regularly to ensure consistency and detect discrepancies
Perform account analysis and prepare reports to support budgeting and financial planning efforts
Handle payroll processing accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations




Conduct account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly
Assist with month-end closing procedures, including ledger entries and financial statement preparation

Skills
Proficiency in popular accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
Experience with payroll management and related compliance requirements
Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and bank reconciliation tasks
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
Ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and support budgeting processes
