We are seeking a dedicated Counter Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
Handle cash transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system
Prepare and serve food and beverages
Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of the counter area
Assist in basic food preparation tasks
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
Skills:
Experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
Proficient in using POS systems for cash handling and order processing
Knowledge of food handling and sanitation guidelines
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills to help customers with their orders
