HRIS Analyst – Workday

Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join their HRIS team and play a key role in the ongoing evolution and optimization of their Workday environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with stakeholders and finding ways to improve HR systems and processes. You’ll act as a Workday subject matter expert, supporting a global user base while ensuring system functionality, data accuracy and a positive user experience.

What You'll Do
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend scalable Workday solutions
Perform hands-on Workday configuration, testing and documentation
Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide day-to-day support
Manage data uploads and EIBs
Develop dashboards and advanced, matrix and composite reports
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes using Workday capabilities
Stay current with Workday releases, features and best practices
Create process documentation, training materials and deliver system training

What We're Looking For
3+ years of solid hands-on Workday configuration experience
Experience configuring 3 or more Workday modules, including areas such as:
Integrations
Core HCM
Absence & Time Off
Advanced Compensation
Recruitment




Reporting
Security
Talent
Robust problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to explain technical concepts in practical, easy-to-understand terms
Robust attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills
Solid understanding of HR processes and concepts
Collaborative, customer-focused and comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in the office approximately once per month. The remainder of the role is largely remote.
