Key Responsibilities
Manual Snow Clearing: Transparent snow and ice efficiently from sidewalks, walkways, entryways, stairs, and emergency exits using shovels, scrapers, and snowblowers.
Ice Management: Apply ice melt, salt, and sand to high-traffic pedestrian areas to ensure safe conditions for clients.
Site Maintenance: Maintain clean and hazard-free properties according to company safety standards.
Equipment Care: Safely handle, transport, and maintain company tools and your own equipment where applicable.
On-Call Readiness: Respond promptly to weather events and dispatch schedules (including early mornings, late nights, and weekends depending on snowfall).

Qualifications & Requirements
Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to various job sites throughout Fort St. John, often during early morning or severe weather conditions.



A valid driver’s license is required.
Criminal Record Check: Must be able to successfully pass a criminal record check (required for servicing certain commercial and sensitive client properties).
Physical Fitness: Capable of heavy physical labor in cold winter weather conditions for extended periods (lifting, bending, shoveling).
Reliability & Punctuality: A solid work ethic with a dependable attitude—when it snows, our clients count on us to show up on time.
Previous snow removal or grounds maintenance experience is an asset, but a outstanding work ethic is our top priority!

What We Offer
Competitive Pay: Earn up to $27.00/hr depending on experience and shift commitments.
