Overview

We are seeking a personable, experienced and outgoing Leasing Agent to join our team onsite for showing our recent rental show suites in North Vancouver. This role involves engaging with prospective tenants, providing detailed property information, and ensuring a positive viewing/leasing experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid , understanding of residential property rentals and the ability to effectively showcase properties to potential renters. Personality and presentation is everything- a concierge or host type personality are highly valued to enhance client interactions and streamline the viewing process. This position requires someone with excellent conversational English. Weekend availability is a deal breaker. This job is not suitable for customer service or retail associates.

Responsibilities
Greet prospective tenants and guide them through rental show suites with professionalism and courtesy
Provide comprehensive information about property features, amenities, and leasing options
Conduct property tours, highlighting key selling points to attract qualified tenants
Address questions and concerns from visitors, ensuring a positive experience




Assist in marketing efforts by promoting available units through various channels when appropriate
Collaborate with property management team to ensure properties are presentable and ready for showings
Record visitor feedback and communicate insights to management for continuous improvement
Understands the RTA and rental leases from start to finish, move in to move out

Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse clients
An outgoing personality, not shy, able to strike up a conversation and make people feel comfortable and welcome
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
Marketing knowledge to promote properties effectively across different platforms
Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20.0 per week
