Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate with strong customer service and communication skills. The primary focus of this role is assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the retail setting.

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide professional and knowledgeable customer service.
Assist customers with product selection and explain product features and benefits.
Drive sales through effective product recommendations and upselling.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and process transactions accurately.
Maintain organized and visually appealing merchandise displays.
Assist with inventory, restocking, and stock organization.
Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone.




Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the retail space.
Support daily operations as required.

Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
Previous vape retail experience is an asset.
Familiarity with vape products and related technical products is preferred.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Basic math skills and experience handling customer transactions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience or proficiency in any of the following is considered an asset:
E-commerce Operations - processing online orders, maintaining product listings, packaging orders, and preparing shipments.

Job Types: Full-time, Part time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
