Responsibilities
Site mobilization and setup
Stripping and disposing of existing roofing materials
Loading and unloading materials and equipment
Assisting with installation of flat roofing systems
General job site cleanup and safety maintenance
Supporting skilled roofers as needed
Requirements
Experience in roofing, construction, or carpentry is an asset but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, carrying, climbing)
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Willingness to learn and grow within the trade
