We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse distribution tasks, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through shipping, receiving, and order picking processes. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience will help maintain a secure, organized, and productive warehouse environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in warehouse operations and construction experience to contribute to a quick-paced, team-oriented setting. After 6 successful months, company paid benefits.

Responsibilities
Load and unload shipments using heavy equipment such as forklifts, and other machinery
Perform accurate order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders efficiently
Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, update stock records, and manage order processing
Conduct shipping and receiving activities, verifying shipment contents against documentation
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks
Assist with construction-related tasks when required,



including handling heavy materials and using construction tools
Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper lifting techniques and operating heavy equipment responsibly

Requirements
Proven experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse operations with a focus on order picking and heavy equipment operation
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery
Valid certification for forklift operation; is highly desirable
Prior experience in shipping & receiving processes within a warehouse or construction environment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
