Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Casual Health Care Aide to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to residents in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a secure, comfortable, and engaging workplace for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities
Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of prescribed treatments
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed, respecting dietary restrictions and preferences
Engage residents in social activities, companionship, and recreational programs to promote mental well-being
Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic setting in living spaces
Monitor health status, report changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly
Provide respectful assistance with toileting, incontinence care,



and other personal hygiene needs

Requirements
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience in senior care or caring for individuals with disabilities or dementia is advantageous
Ability to perform caregiving tasks with compassion, patience, and professionalism
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; this is a casual position offering scheduled hours based on demand
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization within care environments

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
