Responsibilities
Deliver prepared food orders from the kitchen to guests efficiently while maintaining presentation quality
Assist servers and kitchen staff with food preparation, plating, and organization as needed
Ensure all dishes are accurately presented and delivered in a timely manner to uphold service standards
Maintain cleanliness of service stations, trays, and delivery areas to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
Communicate effectively with team members regarding order status, special requests, or delays
Support guest service efforts by providing friendly assistance and responding promptly to guest needs




Help with basic cleaning duties such as clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies to keep the dining area inviting

Qualifications
Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Experience with food handling, meal preparation, or serving enhances your ability to succeed in this role
Familiarity with POS systems such as Debitec POS or similar technology is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a rapid-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures is advantageous
Hospitality or hotel experience can be beneficial for understanding guest expectations
