Pay: $23–$31 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm to 1:30 am

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Sheet Metal TIG Welder/Fitter for one of our clients in Pickering, Ontario. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in TIG (GTAW) welding and metal fitting, who takes pride in precision work and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on sheet metal components
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Fit, align, and assemble metal components to exact tolerances
Ensure all work meets industry welding standards and quality requirements
Inspect finished welds to ensure structural integrity and appearance
Maintain a secure and clean work setting

Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of TIG (GTAW)



welding experience
Strong fitting experience with sheet metal fabrication
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
Solid understanding of welding codes, standards, and best practices
High attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with stainless steel and/or aluminum
Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
