Job Summary
The role is responsible for operating warehouse and material handling equipment, and for following standard work processing for receiving, picking, packing, and shipping various fresh and frozen food products. This role will primarily be case picking orders for a customer. THIS IS AN AFTERNOON SHIFT 11AM-8PM

Responsibilities

Must have forklift license

Responsible for loading and unloading shipment trucks

Order Picking / Shipping

Unloading and Put-away of imported container shipments

Ensure work and assigned areas are clean and tidy

Maintain a protected working environment, following all health and safety policies

Duties
Capable of lifting up to 80lbs
MUST be able to work in a cold workplace
Experience with a Warehouse Management (WMS) system and hardware (handheld scanners, label printers)
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Flexible and adaptability within a fast paced and changing needs environment




High School completed or equivalent experience with 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment (PREFFERED).
Prior experience working in a warehouse distribution or manufacturing environment is preferred
Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Experience with order picking, shipping & receiving, and inventory management is preferred
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently for extended periods

This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse setting where safety, efficiency, and teamwork are prioritized. Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks requiring mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
