Assistant Head Baker

We're looking for an experienced, dependable, and passionate Assistant Head Baker to help lead our bakery production alongside our Head Baker. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in scratch baking, values consistency, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

What You'll Bring
Minimum 1 year of professional baking experience
Experience with sourdough, laminated doughs, artisan breads, and scratch baking
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing consistent, high-quality products
Ability to follow recipes, production schedules, and established systems with precision
Leadership mindset with the ability to support, motivate, and guide team members
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices

What You'll Do
Support the Head Baker in all aspects of daily bakery production
Prepare artisan breads, pastries, and baked goods from scratch




Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all products
Help train, mentor, and support bakery team members
Assist with production planning and workflow to ensure efficient operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-protected work environment
