Position Overview

The Shift Supervisor in Training supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in overseeing daily operations. This role focuses on driving sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Profitability
Follow all cash control and security procedures
Perform daily and weekly inventory checks
Receive and manage inventory deliveries

Guest Experience
Lead team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service




Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
Maintaining connections with the guest
Able to perform upselling to the guests
Positive attitude towards guests and the team

People Management
Coach and support team members to improve performance
Motivate staff and foster a positive team culture

Operations
Execute shift plans efficiently
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
Maintain brand and operational standards

Skills & Qualifications
Willingness to perform all restaurant duties
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Robust teamwork and communication skills
Explicit verbal and reading comprehension in the local language
Customer-focused with problem-solving ability

NOTE: If Applicant don't have Burger King experience, we will train as Team member and train you as a Shift Manager.
