Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Experienced senior level Financial Controller/Director (CPA an asset) This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of financial management, including reporting, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting software and financial analysis, driving accuracy and efficiency across all financial functions. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our financial strategy and supporting sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
Ensure accurate account reconciliation and conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms to maintain precise financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Develop and monitor budgets,



providing insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to financial policies.
Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely completion of all audit requirements.

Skills
Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation.
Ability to perform detailed account analysis and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Robust communication skills to collaborate across departments and present financial data clearly.
Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial forecasting techniques.
Bilingual
CPA Designation an asset

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
