EAZY LIQUOR HINTON is looking for a reliable, customer-focused, and motivated Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, providing excellent customer service, supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and in compliance with all applicable liquor regulations.

The ideal candidate is a responsible team player with robust communication and leadership skills who can work independently in a quick-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support store employees during daily operations
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Open and close the store as required
Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily cash reconciliation
Monitor inventory, stock shelves, and maintain product displays
Receive and organize deliveries
Assist with ordering and inventory management
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well presented




Follow and enforce all applicable liquor laws and store policies
Verify customer identification and ensure responsible alcohol sales
Train and assist new employees
Address customer questions and concerns professionally
Help achieve sales and store performance goals
Ensure proper security and loss-prevention procedures are followed

Qualifications
Previous retail, liquor store, or supervisory experience is an asset
Robust customer service and communication skills
Leadership and team-management abilities
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Ability to lift and move liquor cases and other merchandise
Must meet all applicable Alberta requirements for working in a liquor store

Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
