Robert Nash Excavating, a proudly family-run excavation and site services company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our team.

Our projects range from residential site prep to larger-scale commercial developments throughout Lansdowne, Gananoque and the surrounding area.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior Estimator / Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key supporting role in both the planning and execution of our projects. Your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, take-offs, and bids
Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and availability
Helping schedule equipment, materials, and labor for job sites
Communicating project details between the office, field crews, and clients
Supporting permit applications, site logistics, and document management
Visiting job sites as needed to assist with planning and progress tracking

What We’re Looking For





We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, has a sharp attention to detail, and enjoys being part of a team that gets the job done right. Here’s what helps you stand out:
1–3 years of construction or estimating experience preferred (but not required)
Familiarity with excavation, site work, or civil construction a big plus
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and estimating software (e.g. Bluebeam, Excel, or similar)
Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit job sites as needed

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
