Jewellery Sales Associate

Satyam Jewllers – Gold and Diamond Jewellers LTD

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Jewellery Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide customer service.
Help customers select jewellery.
Explain products, gold purity, diamonds, pricing, and designs.
Process sales, payments, and customer orders.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom.
Assist with inventory and jewellery displays.
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Create engaging social media content, including photos and videos of jewellery.

Requirements
Previous sales or retail experience is an asset.
Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Robust communication and customer-service skills.
Honest, skilled, and dependable.
Knowledge of Indian jewellery and gold is an asset.
Must be comfortable handling valuable merchandise.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and social media handles.
Must be comfortable creating and recording short videos/reels for social media.
Adaptable availability, including weekends.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
