Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sushi Maker to join our vibrant culinary team! Duties
Prepare and assemble sushi using traditional techniques, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence
Handle fresh seafood, rice, vegetables, and other ingredients with proper food safety practices
Cook rice and other components as needed for various sushi dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station in compliance with health regulations
Serve sushi to guests promptly while providing friendly and attentive service
Assist in food preparation tasks across the kitchen to support overall restaurant operations




Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times

Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related food service role within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of sushi making techniques, serving standards, and food safety protocols
Strong skills in meal preparation, food handling, and kitchen organization
Previous experience working with seafood and handling raw ingredients safely
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
Food industry or restaurant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued
