Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Highway Roller Operator to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty roller equipment to ensure smooth, durable pavement surfaces on various construction projects. Your expertise will help us deliver top-tier infrastructure while maintaining safety and efficiency on every job site.

Duties
Operate highway rollers and other heavy machinery with precision to achieve optimal compaction of asphalt, concrete, and other materials.
Assist in paving operations by preparing surfaces and ensuring proper material placement.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety standards are met and perform basic maintenance as needed.




Support concrete forming and finishing tasks by working alongside the crew to achieve high-quality results.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working workplace for yourself and team members.
Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines.

Experience
Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
Construction experience, particularly in asphalt paving, or roadwork projects.
Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as rollers, loaders, excavators.
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent for operating large construction vehicles.
Familiarity with construction site safety standards and procedures.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality.
