Job Summary
This is an Independent Contractor Position. We are seeking for talented and creative Registered Architect to join our team. As a Registered Architect, you will be working mostly on Tenant Improvements project in the Province of Alberta

Responsibilities
Develop and present architectural designs that meet client specifications and project requirements.
Supervise the drafting team and collaborate on preparing quotes.
Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather information for design development.
Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and other specialists throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Prepare documentation for development and building permits and other necessary approvals.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, technologies, and best practices in architecture.

Requirements
Degree in Architecture




Registered in the Province of Alberta
Proficiency in architectural design software including Revit and AutoCAD.
Strong drafting skills with attention to detail in creating accurate plans.
Excellent negotiation skills to manage client expectations effectively.
Ability to sketch ideas quickly for conceptual discussions.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset for cutting-edge design solutions.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients alike.
3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $100,800.00 per year
