Richelieu Hardware is looking for a Telemarketing Representative – Hardware and Materials, for our BC Division, position located in our Richmond BC Branch. Your role will include, among other things, making calls and follow-ups, with the goal of increasing sales in your territory. Responsibilities

Promote sales development using virtual tools. Respond to requests for information on products and services. Conduct virtual presentations Prepare the product offering according to customer needs. Follow up on sales and objectives. Ensure ongoing communication with all customers when there are changes to the products offered, price changes and improvements. Keep your knowledge of new products, procedures, services and tools up to date by attending departmental training meetings.
