We are looking for a Temporary Full time Maintenance Associate to join our team! Could lead to a permanent position. Monday to Friday work between 8am and 5pm. Some on-call may be required.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general repairs in occupied and vacant units (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, minor carpentry)
Complete unit turnovers, including cleaning, repairs, and preparation for new tenants
Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergencies
Conduct regular inspections of common areas, hallways, and building systems
Maintain building systems such as heating, ventilation, and basic electrical components
Ensure exterior areas are maintained (garbage areas, parking lots, walkways)
Perform seasonal maintenance (snow removal coordination, salting, basic landscaping)
Assist with preventative maintenance programs
Work with property management and contractors as needed
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs

Work Workplace
Combination of indoor and outdoor work
Physically demanding (lifting, bending, climbing stairs/ladders)
May require on-call availability for emergencies
Exposure to varying weather conditions

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in residential or building maintenance preferred
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Valid driver’s license may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
