Club Pilates Waterloo is the first location of Club Pilates, LLC in Ontario, dedicated to making Pilates accessible to everyone, regardless of their fitness level or experience. Summary

As a Fitness Advisor at Club Pilates Waterloo, you will play a vital role in promoting our services and helping both prospective members and current members discover the benefits of Pilates. This position is key to fostering a welcoming environment where individuals can pursue their fitness journeys and achieve their personal wellness goals.

Responsibilities
Engage with potential members to understand their fitness goals and promote Club Pilates services.
Conduct introductory sessions to educate new clients about Pilates techniques and perks.
Manage member accounts and ensure a high level of customer service throughout their journey.




Collaborate with the team to create an inviting atmosphere that encourages participation in classes.
Utilize sales strategies to meet membership goals and drive business growth.
Provide ongoing support and motivation to members as they progress in their fitness journeys.

Requirements
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the health and fitness industry.
Solid communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
Passion for health, wellness, and fitness, particularly in Pilates or similar disciplines.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team workplace while also being self-motivated.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
