Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Labourer to join our dynamic outdoor team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing various landscape projects, ensuring that outdoor spaces are beautiful, functional, and well-kept. Duties
Assist with landscape installation including planting, turf laying, and garden bed preparation
Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes to perform gardening tasks
Use power tools for tasks like edging, trimming, and minor construction work
Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of plants
Perform landscape maintenance activities such as mowing lawns, pruning shrubs, mulching beds, and weed control
Assist with the operation of machinery like excavators for larger landscaping projects when trained




Conduct routine inspections of landscaped areas to identify issues requiring attention or repair
Maintain a clean and safe work setting by following safety protocols and proper tool handling procedures

Requirements
Previous experience in construction or landscape maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Basic mechanical knowledge to operate small machinery and tools safely
Familiarity with gardening, horticulture, and landscape design principles is advantageous
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labour
Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in landscaping projects
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Valid driver’s license is a plus for transporting equipment or materials

Pay: $17.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
