Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
Load and unload construction materials and tools safely and efficiently
Support skilled tradespeople by holding or passing tools, equipment, and supplies as needed
Maintain a clean and protected work environment by removing waste and hazards regularly
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations




Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision when required
Help with site logistics such as moving materials around the site or assisting with minor repairs

Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team
Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities
Previous experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required
Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work workplace
