Fine Drywall Ltd. has proudly served the Lower Mainland, Okanagan, Vancouver Island, and Alberta for over 19 years. We specialize in steel framing, drywall, insulation, and acoustical ceilings across commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential projects.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Project Manager to join our team and help deliver high-quality projects with excellence and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of multiple projects
Develop, track, and maintain detailed project schedules
Conduct cost estimating and quantity take-offs
Work closely with field and office teams to ensure compliance with project specifications
Coordinate and manage site activities from start to finish alongside superintendents
Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules to meet critical deadlines
Define project scope and manage subcontractor and team expectations
Allocate internal and external resources as needed
Ensure in office safety standards are met and maintained
Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting
Implement and monitor quality control programs
Identify and manage project risks and scope changes




Troubleshoot and resolve project issues proactively
Ensure projects are completed on budget, on schedule, and according to drawings/specifications
Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the wall & ceiling trade
Proven experience in construction project management
Experience managing large-scale high-rise multifamily and commercial projects
Certificate, college diploma, or university degree in a related field is an asset
Project Management training or certification is considered an asset

Compensation:
Competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications
