We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and advantages effectively.
Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
Utilize strong customer service skills to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with clients.
Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and enhance overall performance.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.




Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
Ability to sell effectively while demonstrating product knowledge.
Experience with specialized sales is a plus, particularly for Furniture or Home improvement Products or services.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse customer bases.
A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential qualities for success in this role.
