Catalogue Item DevelopmentDesigning and building catalogue items (hardware, software, access requests, HR services)Configure forms, variable and UI policiesb. Workflow and AutomationCreating workflows and flows for request fulfilmentSetting up approvals, notifications, and task assignmentsc.



IntegrationConnecting catalogue items to external systems (procurement, HR, Active Directory, etc)d. AdministrationManaging catalogue categories, roles, and permissionsMaintaining catalogue structure and visibility rulese. Maintenance and SupportTroubleshooting catalogue issuesUpdating items as business needs evolveDELIVERABLESFully configured catalogue items with forms, variable, and energetic scripts;
automated workflows or Flow Designer flows that handle approvals, notifications, and fulfilment tasks;
