Join Our Team as a Sales Associate & Clinic Assistant – Belleville Ontario

We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Sales Associate and Clinic Assistant at our Belleville location.

In this dual-role position, you’ll be a key part of our vision care team, helping customers find the perfect eyewear and supporting the day-to-day operations of our in-store eye exam clinics. Whether you're experienced in optical care or just starting out, we provide full training to set you up for success.

What You’ll Do:
Assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their style and vision needs
Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately
Schedule and confirm appointments for in-store eye exams
Conduct pre-testing procedures to prepare patients for their eye exams

What We’re Looking For:
A passion for customer service and robust interpersonal skills
Previous experience in vision care is an asset,



but not required – we’ll train the right candidate
An interest in fashion and helping customers feel confident in their eyewear choices
Reliability, organization, and a willingness to learn

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week

Education:
Secondary School (required)

Experience:
Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:
English (required)
French (preferred)
