Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The Prep Cook will assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in a fast-paced setting, ensuring high-quality meals are served to our customers.

Duties:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping produce
Assist in cooking and preparing various menu items under the guidance of the Chef
Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate food production

Experience:
Prior experience in a kitchen workplace is preferred
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment




Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
