Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with experience in a quick-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality meals that meet our standards for taste and presentation. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure effective food service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for recent dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients.
Handle food safely, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed at all times.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other cooking tools.




Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management.

Skills
Robust knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
Experience in catering or large-scale meal preparation is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
