JLL recherche actuellement un(e) professionnel(le) dynamique pour le poste de Gestionnaire de projets afin d'offrir un soutien fiable, ponctuel et professionnel à l'équipe canadienne de gestion de projets, en assistant dans les activités quotidiennes de gestion de projet.

Le poste consiste à collaborer avec un groupe diversifié d'intervenants internes et externes à tous les échelons de l'organisation. Le candidat retenu devra faire preuve d'un jugement autonome pour planifier, prioriser et organiser une charge de travail variée. La personne sélectionnée aura la responsabilité d'assurer une supervision de haut niveau sur les projets clients assignés par JLL, de fournir un service client d'excellence, d'assurer une gestion exemplaire des équipes, de contribuer à la croissance de JLL et de développer continuellement ses compétences professionnelles et personnelles.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :

Gérer et soutenir plusieurs projets et responsables de projets dans diverses phases de développement et sur plusieurs projets et mandats afin d'atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs établis, incluant la rapidité, la qualité et le budget

L'accent principal est mis sur les besoins spécifiques du projet, du client, des fournisseurs, des entrepreneurs et des autres parties prenantes

Développer la portée et l'échéancier des projets attribués Identifier et traiter les domaines de préoccupation concernant les risques potentiels entourant le projet, les questions logistiques du projet, le budget et la portée

Gérer de manière proactive les questions liées aux projets sur les comptes ou les mandats

Diriger et documenter toutes les réunions de projet hebdomadaires

Coordonner et suivre tous les appels d'offres des fournisseurs

Maintenir des fichiers et une documentation précis et cohérents

Coordonner les activités des sous-traitants et la relocalisation des fonctions techniques Interagir et négocier avec les entrepreneurs et sous-traitants

Préparer/mettre à jour les rapports d'état de projet, traiter les factures, mettre à jour les rapports de suivi et maintenir les fichiers pour la diligence raisonnable et les finances

Démontrer un accent proactif sur la satisfaction des exigences du client et du projet de manière opportune et rentable

Démontrer une compétence dans l'utilisation et l'application de toute la technologie PDS selon les besoins des projets attribués

Aider l'équipe PDS locale à atteindre les objectifs de marge brute ajustée (MBA) aux niveaux régional et national tels que déterminés annuellement par le Comité exécutif de gestion

Aider à la formation et au développement des membres de l'équipe JLL dans les compétences et la compréhension des procédures, méthodologies et pratiques de l'entreprise

Se conformer à toutes les politiques et procédures de JLL, incluant mais sans s'y limiter l'éthique et les pratiques commerciales

Qualifications requises :

Formation postsecondaire en administration des affaires, architecture, ingénierie ou gestion de projet

5 années d'expérience en rénovation d'espaces de bureaux

Capacité à comprendre tous les aspects des projets de construction de manière efficace et efficiente, incluant mais sans s'y limiter la budgétisation et la planification afin de comprendre pleinement les implications du projet basées sur des informations conceptuelles minimales

Doit avoir une compréhension des exigences techniques pour la relocalisation d'entreprise

Capacité à communiquer avec succès avec les architectes, entrepreneurs, représentants du client et membres de l'équipe

Doit avoir de solides compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps

Doit être capable de s'adapter et de prioriser, en respectant les échéances, dans un environnement au rythme rapide Flexibilité avec les heures de travail et les voyages selon les besoins

- Interactions orales et/ou écrites avec des locataires ou partenaires externes basés à l’extérieur du Québec (par exemple, fournisseurs de services, cabinets d’avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, firmes d’analyse de crédit, agences de crédits, clientèle non-francophone, etc.)

JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Project Manager to provide reliable, timely, and professional support to the Canadian Project Team, assisting with the day to day project management activities. The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the successful candidate will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. The selected candidate is expected to deliver senior level project management supervision over assigned JLL client projects, provide superior client service, provide superior employee management, contribute to the growth of JLL, and enhance own professional and personal skills. What your day-to-day will look like:

Manage and support multiple projects and project executives in various phases of development and on multiple projects and assignments in order to meet and exceed established goals including speed, quality and budget

Primary focus is on the specific needs of the project, client, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders

Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects

Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project, project logistical issues, budget and scope

Proactively manage project related issues on accounts or assignments

Conduct and document all weekly project meetings

Coordinate and track all Vendor RFP’s

Maintain accurate and consistent files and documentation

Coordinate the activities of sub-contractors and the relocation of technical functions

Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors

Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials





Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner

Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projects

Assist the Local PDS team in meeting Adjusted Gross Margin (AGM) targets on a Regional and National level as determined on a yearly basis by the Management Executive Committee

Assist in training and developing JLL team members in the skills and understanding of firm procedures, methodology and practices

Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice

Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned

Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management

5 years of experience in interior office renovations

Commercial real estate, architectural or construction industry experience is required

Ability to understand all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to Budgeting, and Scheduling in order to fully understand project implications based on minimal conceptual information

Must have an understanding of technical requirements for business relocation

Ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client’s representatives, and team members

Must have strong organizational and time management skills

Must be able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed

Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts is an asset

- Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
