Step into a key leadership role with Gold Fields, driving Non-Process Infrastructure efforts at the Windfall Project in northern Québec. Focus on managing complex infrastructure tasks while working collaboratively with diverse teams. As the Area Lead for Non-Process Infrastructure reporting to the Project Director, you will oversee crucial infrastructure developments in Montréal.

Your responsibilities include supervising budgets, schedules, and compliance with safety standards, ensuring smooth project execution during ongoing construction campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee budgets and NPI project timelines
- Ensure productive and safe delivery of on-site infrastructure
- Coordinate with stakeholders on project requirements




- Develop robust implementation plans for NPI delivery
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards during projects Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in civil engineering or similar field
- More than 10 years of experience in mining or industrial projects
- Experience with large-scale NPI project management
- Bilingual in French and English is essential
- Membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec required Lead impactful infrastructure projects and contribute to the legacy of Gold Fields in Québec.
