As an Earthworks Construction Grader Operator, you play a crucial role in shaping and leveling surfaces on construction sites, ensuring precision and accuracy in grading operations. Operating graders, you are responsible for achieving the desired grades, slopes, and alignments according to project specifications, contributing to the successful completion of project objectives within specified timelines and quality standards.

:

- Knowledge of grading principles, earthmoving techniques, and site preparation processes.
- Familiarity with grade stakes, laser or GPS guidance systems, and other tools used for precise grade control.
- Perform different tasks such as snow removal, plowing snow, maintaining gravel roads, maintaining hauling roads, and utilizing GPS.
- Operates in crowded, fast-paced working environments, and exercises extreme caution with awareness of potential situational hazards to ensure site safety.
- Performs effective and protected operation of equipment.
- Recognizes existing and potential hazards and knows how to identify these through conducting a field-level pre-job hazard analysis, checking the machine for hazards, and assessing any tasks before starting.

Experience/Qualifications:

- 2-3 or more years of running a Grader.
- Underground Utility and Earthworks construction experience are required.
- High attention to detail is required.
- Pay to be determined by skill and experience.
- Ensure compliance with all Company policies, OH & S Legislation, and WCB reporting procedures.




- Understand and maintain quality and production standards and work to achieve established production goals.
- Must have your own transportation.
- Must have own steel-toes safety boots.
- Seasonal, full-time, and weekends
