Drawing on previous experience as a Licensed Assistant in a financial services firm, you will be responsible for processing and following up on security transactions and transfers, handling incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients, responding to requests for information,



and providing outstanding service to the Financial Advisors and clients. You will also be involved in preparing correspondence and reports, servicing clients’ general day-to-day requests, and other general office duties.
