We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated male Health Care Aide to join our team in Cochrane. Duties
Assist residents and clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
Provide patient care that promotes comfort, safety, and dignity for individuals across various care settings.
Support medication administration under the supervision of nursing staff, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding to meet nutritional needs and dietary restrictions.
Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Offer companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere.




Support nursing staff with clinical tasks including vital signs monitoring and documentation as required.
Engage in specialized care such as dementia management, hospice support, or working with individuals with disabilities.

Experience
Previous experience working as a Health Care Aide or in assisted living settings is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in patient care within nursing homes or senior care facilities.
Familiarity with home care services and caregiving responsibilities for diverse populations.
Knowledge of dementia care techniques and best practices for managing behavioral challenges.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or requiring hospice support is advantageous.
Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting safely and effectively.
Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
