Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and assembling ingredients to support chefs during meal service
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards
Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and assisting with basic cooking tasks under supervision
Serve food to guests or staff efficiently and courteously during meal service
Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations




Help with dishwashing and waste disposal to keep the kitchen organized and hygienic

Experience
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry is advantageous
Experience in meal preparation or working in a busy kitchen setting will help you excel in this role
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently under pressure
