Overview

We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our dental team at Cheer Dental in Coquitlam.

Our office is patient-focused and committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment. We value teamwork, professionalism, and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8:45am - 5pm.

Responsibilities
Welcome and check in/out patients.
Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule efficiently.
Process insurance claims and pre-authorizations.
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records.
Communicate professionally with patients and team members.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience
Robust knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination




Tracker experience an asset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
