Duties
Prepare high-quality pizzas by following established recipes and food safety standards, ensuring consistent taste and presentation
Handle all aspects of food preparation, including dough stretching, topping assembly, baking, and finishing touches
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to cook pizzas to perfection
Greet customers warmly at the register, take orders accurately, and process transactions swiftly using POS systems
Provide excellent food service by answering customer questions about menu items and making recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food handling regulations
Assist with inventory management by restocking ingredients and supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; experience in pizza or quick-service restaurants is a plus
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices
Strong serving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to handle food safely and maintain hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment
Kitchen experience including food handling, meal preparation, and operating kitchen equipment confidently
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
