Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Position Summary

We are currently recruiting a Fabrication & Field Service Supervisor for a manufacturing operation in Huntsville, Ontario. This position will lead fabrication and field service employees while coordinating multiple technical projects from planning through completion. The Supervisor will oversee secure and efficient fabrication and field installation activities, coordinate labour and resources, and work closely with Plant Management, Sales and Engineering on project requirements, quotations, scheduling and execution.

Requirements
Approximately 5–8 years of related experience in fabrication, field service, construction, contracting, project management or a related technical environment.
Previous supervisory or management experience leading skilled trades, fabrication, construction or field service employees.




Strong understanding of fabrication and field installation activities.
Experience coordinating multiple technical projects, schedules, labour and resources.
Ability to interpret project requirements, drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
Experience supporting project estimating, quotations, material requirements and job planning.
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements for both shop and field environments.
Ability to coordinate field crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and within project requirements.
Strong troubleshooting, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication skills with the ability to work effectively with Production, Engineering, Sales, customers and field personnel.
Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to customer/project sites as required.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
