We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our client's team at their facility in Concord, ON.

Previous experience in a Customer Service role within the Transportation industry is required for this job.

Shift: Day shifts, 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $24.00/hour

Responsibilities:
Customer service
Calculating rates for rail/intermodal
Invoicing
Auditing freight bills
Other duties as required

Qualifications:
Customer Service experience within the Transportation industry
Experience calculating rates for rail/intermodal freight
TruckMate experience is a strong asset
Robust computer skills
Excellent administrative and data entry skills




Ability to multi-task and work in a quick-paced setting
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
Able to work Monday to Friday on the day shift in Concord
