Responsibilities
Assist candidates and employers in understanding work visa requirements and application procedures
Prepare, review, and submit visa documentation accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with immigration authorities and legal teams to ensure compliance with all regulations
Maintain detailed records of visa applications, statuses, and correspondence
Provide guidance on necessary supporting documents, timelines, and legal obligations
Stay updated on changes in immigration policies and procedures affecting work visas
Support onboarding processes for international employees by ensuring all visa-related paperwork is complete and valid
Experience
Prior experience in immigration support, legal assistance, or related administrative roles is preferred
Familiarity with work visa types such as H-1B, L-1, or similar is advantageous
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, authorities, and internal teams
Knowledge of relevant tools including document management systems and legal databases
Mechanical knowledge or construction experience is a plus for understanding technical job requirements in certain industries
