Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing insulation in various structures to enhance energy efficiency and comfort. This role requires a robust understanding of construction practices, proficiency in using hand tools. The Insulator will work closely with other construction professionals to ensure high-quality installations.
Duties
Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, and floors according to specifications and building codes. (Mostly just attics with the odd job being something else)
Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently during installation processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred. but training can be provided
Knowledge of insulation materials and installation techniques is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
Must be fit and versatile with the ability to fit into tight spaces when necessary
Class 5 driver’s license and ability to arrive where our truck is parked on time to start the day
