Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Cleaner to ensure our facilities remain spotless, protected, and well-maintained. This vital role involves performing thorough cleaning tasks across various areas of the building, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting overall facilities upkeep. The ideal candidate will bring energy, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to keep our workplace welcoming and hygienic for all occupants and visitors. Looking for Friday to Sunday availability.

Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas.
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common spaces according to established standards.
Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to ensure optimal results.
Support basic facilities maintenance tasks such as reporting repairs needed, and assisting with minor upkeep activities.




Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to promote a healthy environment for staff and visitors.
Keep cleaning records and report any issues or damages promptly to the facilities management team.
Assist in deep cleaning projects or special sanitation initiatives as required.

Skills
Experience in cleaning or custodial roles within commercial or facility environments is preferred, but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality.
Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues clearly.
Basic understanding of facilities maintenance tasks is a plus.
