Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage staff, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance guest satisfaction while maintaining the hotel's brand standards.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, increase occupancy rates, and maximize revenue.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to ensure profitability.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to meet operational goals.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain quality services.




Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of hotel management software and property management systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and staff at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
