Customer satisfaction is key at Silverhill Acura and we are looking for a current Part-Time Receptionist who values providing the highest level of service to our valued Customers. As a Director of First Impressions, you will be an integral member of the Team.

Responsibilities

Conduct themselves and perform their duties in a manner that demonstrates Silverhill Acura’s concierge level of service. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Welcome and acknowledge all clients and guests entering the showroom
Answering and directing all incoming calls, messages, and emails as necessary
Provide all guests and clients with help regarding the purpose of their visit
Maintain client lounge and facilities to our high standard of cleanliness and keep properly stocked
Assist sales and administration departments with assigned clerical duties

Required skills and qualifications
Dealership experience an asset
Exceptional oral and written communication skills




Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge using CDK and One Eighty software an asset
Excellent organizational skills
Motivated by providing exemplary customer service

Hours of work
Monday - Friday
Hours to be discussed with right candidate
