Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and productive Server to join our team. The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and present menus
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items
Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Process payments and handle cash/card transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications:
Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling payments
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Smart Serve (or relevant certification) may be required
