About the Role

The campaign to elect Waseem Kazzah as Ward 7 City Councillor is seeking friendly, reliable, and community-minded volunteers to support our municipal election efforts. This is a meaningful chance to connect with residents, gain hands-on campaign experience, and help shape the future of Ward 7. Volunteers are asked to commit approximately 7–10 hours per week until Election Day on October 26, 2026.

Responsibilities
Canvass door-to-door and engage in conversation with Ward 7 residents
Distribute campaign literature throughout the community
Assist at community events and campaign activities
Help deliver and install lawn signs
Make phone calls and reach out to supporters
Support social media, data entry, and administrative tasks
Encourage residents to participate in the municipal election

Qualifications
Friendly, respectful, and comfortable engaging with the public
Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team




Genuine interest in community service or municipal issues
Available for occasional evenings or weekends
No previous campaign experience required — training is provided
